Q: How do I place an order online?
To place an order online, you will first have to create an account with Utopia.

Simply click at the top where it says Sign Up. You will be prompted for your username and password or to register for a new account if you are new to the shop. Fill out all the required fields in the form and wait for your "welcome" e-mail with all your new account information.

After which you may choose the products that you will like to purchase and add the items to your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout procedure.


Q: How do I know if you have received my order?
When you make an order with us online, you will receive an email from us acknowledging your order. The order acknowledgment will include your order number and details of the items ordered.

When your items have been picked up and ready to be dispatched, we will send you an invoice with the actual shipping charges and payment instructions via paypal within 5 working days.

If an item that you have ordered is not available, an email will be sent to inform you. You may choose to substitute the unavailable items with other selections. You will not be charged for the unavailable items.

Upon receiving our invoice, payment via paypal should be made within 3 working days or we will deem the purchase as void.

Once payment is made, we will ship out your purchase within 3 working days. If shipping is by Fedex, an email notifying you of the tracking number will be sent to you. If shipping is by local courier, we will contact you by telephone for notification.


Q: What methods of payment do you take?
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted through Paypal.
Sorry, we do not take personal checks, cash, Western Union, or money orders.


Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to perform any refund for purchases made.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Exchanges must be made within 7 days from the date your purchases have been delivered. The merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn & unwashed, with their tags still attached. Merchandise can also be exchanged in store.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable & any further charges due to the exchange will be borne by the customer.
