All orders within Singapore will be sent via courier service. If the service is arranged by 11 am, your order will be delivered to you by 6 pm on the same day. The delivery costs are as follows:

Q: Can my order be shipped internationally?
Most definitely! All international orders will be shipped via FedEx. You will be sent an email with a tracking number for your order. Delivery time will vary between 7-14 days depending on location & custom clearance in each country.
The delivery charges for international orders are as listed below:

All the rates quoted are estimates. It may be adjusted accordingly depending on the location and weight of items purchased.
Should you have a Fedex account, please provide us with your account details and we will not add in the shipping charges.
Q: Do I have to pay for any taxes/VATS/tariffs?
Do note that import taxes are sometimes levied by a country’s customs & tax authorities. Taxes vary & are calculated on the value of the goods. All import taxes are the responsibility of the receiving party.
Utopia does not represent any Government bodies to charge any taxes/tariffs/VATS. For more information on the tax payable, please check with your relevant custom departments.
Q: Can you gift wrap my order?
All shipping charges are inclusive of packaging and handling.
However, we do offer gift wrapping service for an additional $4.00.
Just check the gift wrap option during the checkout process to indicate that you would like us to gift-wrap your order.
