What currency are the prices displayed in?  

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

What payment methods do you accept?

  2.          Internet or ATM bank transfer to UOB Account (Phone Orders Only)
  3.          Cash payment at our stores
How do I place an order via the phone?

Call us at +65 6297 6681 from 10am to 7pm daily with your order. Indicate the style number, colour and size. We will check the availability and arrange for payment and dispatch. You can also arrange for your items to be reserved and picked up from our stores. Reservations without payment are only kept for 30 minutes.  

How do I place an order online?

To place an order online, you will first have to create an account with Utopia.

Simply click at the top navigation human icon to log in page. Click on  Create An Account. You will be prompted for your username and password or to register for a new account if you are new to the shop. Fill out all the required fields in the form and wait for your "welcome" e-mail with all your new account information.

After which you may choose the products that you will like to purchase and add the items to your shopping cart. For batik items, you may want to message us via our live chat for us to show you the colours and prints available before you make the purchase. We will hold the chosen item for 30 minutes. When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout procedure which will bring you to Paypal for payment.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a secure payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online in 190 countries. It is the most popular payment methods online today.   For more information, please refer  here.  

What is your return and exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to perform any refund for purchases made. We are however happy to exchange your purchases with another item or offer you with a store credit! Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days from the date your purchases have been delivered. The merchandise must be in their original condition, unworn & unwashed, with their tags still attached

Merchandise can also be exchanged in store. For returns via post, please contact us via live chat. Upon receiving the returned item, we will place a store credit under your name. Store credits must be utilized within the next 30 days. Any unused, expired store credit will be forfeited.

Please note that shipping charges are not refundable & any further charges due to the exchange will be borne by the customer.

In the case if we had made a mistake on your order, we will bear all subsequent shipping charges to ensure that you receive the right item.
